Years have vanished into the history of the past since revisiting my literary contribution to this technological display of communication.
The elements of time are in a continual progression of the human body. The manipulation of the clock does not undo the natural clock that in the mind goes ticktock. For as the present must become the past, we should choose thoughtfully our words and deeds that we cast upon the water of life. Since they speak volumes about ourselves to those ones that we may never in this life span see up close and personally, we will be judged quite differently.

The Death Of Freedom
We are witnessing the death of freedom in America. Our out of control branches of Government are stripping the citizens of this country of their fundamental rights under the Constitution. They are legalized thieves and parasites who sit in their high towers of hypocrisy. These elected serpents spread their poisonous legislation without respect of truth or justice. They are deaf and extremely dumb in the positions of power. They wollow in their pride as they force their poison down our throats without mercy. These petrified images of Government remain in Congress too long.
The Constitution is being attacked by a far greater enemy than old age. It is the President, Congress, and liberal judges that undermine the very importance of its existence. They willfully ignore this document to establish their own form of Governmental authority. It becomes the Government and not the Constitution that guides our nation. Freedom to choose becomes freedom to lose. Capitalism which had flourished under the Constitutional is being smothered by these evil doers. They want domination over the free market.
We are becoming one nation under Government without liberty and justice for all. They want to control where what, how we live, eat, drink, buy, earn, and die.

My Trip Down Quotable Lane
"If at first you do not succeed . . . ,” your parents will tell you the reason why. " Silence is golden" unless you're about to be hanged. "A penny saved is a penny earned" before income tax. "Give me liberty or give me death" but I prefer liberty. "Read my lips" because it sounds better. "To err is human" but to keep doing it over again is a crime. " I cannot tell a lie" before elected to Congress. "Milk does the body good" unless you've got a milking machine attached to you. A lobbyist in the hand maybe considered worth two in the bush but sounds dirty to me. "Just a spoon full of sugar makes the medicine go down" unless you’re a diabetic. Simper Fi unless you are John Edwards. "Can you hear me now . . . " since the election in Massachusetts? It's hard to climb the ladder to success when the Government keeps adding another level. One argument for global warming is the smoke coming out of Al Gore's head. 'Where there’s a will there’s a way . . . " until the government taxes your earnings away. If your momma enlisted in the Army, she does wear combat boots. "It's water under the bridge" unless the Federal Government designed it. If you don't know the reason why, we have the best politicians, money can buy. "If at first you don't succeed . . . ,” blame it on someone else. When given half a chance, there's a 50 percent chance of failure. "If a tree falls in the forest . . .," who will the environmentalists blame.

IN THE BEGINNING
"LET ME OUT OF HERE !" You never heard those words coming from that baby inside the mother[s womb. You probably heard the mother giving a direct order to the doctor. "GET IT OUT OF THERE !" The baby has been inside just minding its own business. What happens when it first gets evicted from the womb? It gets punished for being quiet. It gets a painful smack on the rear to prove its alive. In that little mind, this doesn't seem fair.
We are born confused. We see the faces of joy after feeling the act of pain. This is a jolt to our brains. We are bawling because of being hit for no reason. They can only assume why we cry so much before our thoughts become audible and understood. How else can we say our diapers had been sufficiently used? They shove stuff in our mouthes that they wouldn't normally eat.

My Journey Down The Poetical Path
THE THEATRE OF DREAMS
Dreams are mental pictures played upon the screen of the unconscious mind.
We may freely view this late show or matinee without the cost of a single dime.
Durying the playing of these pictures we are obliviously or mentally blind.
Once this theatre is entered you can be transported to another place or time.
Sheer horror produced by this arena of the imagination causes eerie screams.
The unreal becomes so real that a venting of this feeling must occur.
A blood curdling scream of reality can be summoned by a nightmarish dream.
A raped or abused victum"s imagination will often replay the incident to her.
Expectations of a future ecstasy has evoked a fiancee to emblazon a dream.
This film as it were has been taken from the vault of the heart to the projector.
It is issued forth for private viewing upon the screen by a passionate intense beam.
The subconscious mind is the one whom I view as both the editor and director.

Who Am I?
Do you consider your toil to be essential?
Can there be possible discouragement, because the sky is grey and not blue?
Have you received a big shock after opening a bill from Prudential?
Can there be some discomfort when you walk, bend, lift, or chew?
There may be times when in exhaustion it seems that you just want to give up.
The muscles seem to have gone their last mile.
You no longer have the vim and vigor of a young pup.
There are frequent times when you just stop and rest awhile.
Did you have times when you just can't go to sleep?
There is medicine to dispense or consume at night time.
Just when the eyes are about to close, you hear outside an annoying horn beep.
Can the trying, to acquire sleep, be a crime?
The vision is extremely dim without the aide of prescription glasses.
Without them it's hard to see anything just right.
It might be as difficult as looking through molasses.
These things are important to the eyesight.
Without me, all these things could be experienced never.
I'm there from the very start to the very end?
I've got to be performing at my best regardless of the weather.
I am your heart, my friend.

My Very Existence
My very existence affects every aspect of your life.
Without me your vitality would completely cease.
I have been scanned intensely by many a future husband or wife.
History has recorded me during both war and peace.
I was before your mind could comprehend my importance.
Those eyes saw my mark upon every singular face.
Many have fought my hands with various deeds of defiance.
At every funeral someone has regard for me.
I'm there for the known and the unknown.
I'm one of total impartiality.
On at least one official’s document, I must be shown.
Without me this world as you know it would be in chaos.
My hands are involved in everything.
Eyes monitor my various faces for quickness gained or lost.
Without me one could absolutely do nothing.
You must take note of me for work or play.
Of a truth in one's life it is an imperative.
We must listen to what those in authority have to say.
I'm time so observe me carefully as you live.

OUR CHILDREN
Our children are this nation's most precious seeds.
It is vital to protect them from the bad influential weeds.
Water them daily with questions and love.
Discipline them when necessary without a push or a shove.
Fertilize them with praise for the good things they do.
Every day tells them simply, I love you.
Don't forget to give them one great big hug.
It can give them a feeling better than any old drug.
Tears like rain, must sometimes fall from their eyes.
Listen with discernment to their cries.
These showers of sorrow help them to grow.
It's a feeling everyone sooner or later will know.
The sunshine of happiness or success upon them may fall.
You may see them walking, running, or even driving to the mall.
Spending or looking for just the right things to buy,
What parental principles will they be able to apply?
Our children are this nation’s most precious seeds.
It is vital to protect them from the bad influential weeds.
Water them daily with questions and love.
Discipline them when necessary without a push or a shove.

LIFE IN A CHAIR
A child in the grocery store tugged on his mother's dress.
There was something that was stirring his curiosity.
This activity seemed to be causing his parent added stress.
She was in the midst of thanking a person for their generosity.
"Why is that man over there sitting in that type of chair?"
His mother looked down into his wide wondering eyes.
She said softly, "it's not polite for you to point or to stare."
Changing the subject she said, "Let's find cocoanut pie."
It's quite amazing to me how people view my disability.
Some treat me as if I am an alien from outer space.
They say harsh statements with such a degree of insensitivity.
There are Others who treat me with courteousness and grace.
This condition was chosen for me by one who is more wise.
There are many things that a healthy person takes for granted.
Alas, the full impact of that truth I now too late realize.
Now I no longer take those once automatic blessings for granted.

Terrorism
Today I sit and ponder the propensity which seems prevalent in some particular persons.
These specimens secrete their savage and self-centered actions to obtain the spotlight.
Either separately or collectively these individuals spew forth their evil perversions.
The culmination of insidious deeds resulting in destruction and death brings delight.
Such twisted mentality left unchecked can reek havoc upon their innocent victims.
These slithering spotlight seekers search for reward or recognition for their deeds.
During Their own violent and vicious activity so horrific has taken the lives of some.
These evil sedulous soldiers of insanity have scattered to our land the terrorist seeds.
Strategically placed bombs have brought down several airplanes right out of the air.
Hundreds of unsuspecting flyers of these fateful flights flew from here into eternity.
Unfortunately, for them or their friends and families' feelings they don't even care.
Recovered were whole and bits of burned or broken bodies strewn over land and sea.
Those who propagate putrid venom through propaganda and destruction must pay.
The spreading of one's beliefs must not be permitted by murder and destruction.
We as a society must not succumb or surrender to the terrorist movements of today.
Terrorists both here and abroad, should die as a payment for the reconstruction.
They must bare the ultimate price for their despicable deeds without preservation.
Why should they be given life in exchange for the willful taking of human life?
They should receive their execution immediately after their guilty confirmation.
Think of each one who will never again see their sister, brother, husband or wife.

WHAT POETRY MEANS TO ME
Poetry is more than just a collective group of words.
It's the language of one's artistic experiences of life.
A writer must choose carefully his or her words
For some words can cut deeper than the sharpest knife.
The knife has the ability to penetrate only flesh and bone.
However, words have the ability to penetrate one's soul.
It's a grand method to make one's inner most thoughts known.
A poem can be like a full, a half full, or an empty bowl.
The origination of a well-crafted poem isn't first penned down upon paper.
It's originally written down upon the author's heart.
A life can vanish quickly as a vapor.
There are poems in existence today long past since their authors had to depart.
Poetry has been used to woo the object of one's passionate love.
It has been able to set a lonely heart free.
How precious are the poems written by the hand of true love?
Please don't underestimate the magnetic power of pure poetry.
Poetry is more than just a collective group of words.
It's the language of one's artistic expressions of life.
A writer must choose carefully his or her words
For some words can cut deeper than the sharpest knife.
